  3. I am writing to you in desperation. The members of my stalf are at their wits 
  4. ends. For months we have complained to the executive staff about the litter 
  5. problem in the executive lunchroom. Our complaints have fallen on deaf ears. 
  6.  
  7. Each day my workers are required to work overtime to clean the extensive mess. 
  8. Several have even complained of being pelted with milkshakes and sandwiches. 
  9.  
  10. I feel it is time for you to take a stand. Here are the overtime figures for 
  11. the month of January to show you that this is not simply a matter of employee 
  12. dissatisfaction:
